This Return & Refund Policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments provided by Krishna Event Management Services Pvt. Ltd.. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. General Policy
We aim to provide high-quality event and service experiences. However, due to the nature of event planning, service bookings, and vendor arrangements, certain restrictions apply to cancellations and refunds.
2. Service-Based Products
- Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Once work has started (planning, vendor booking, design, preparation), refund eligibility may be limited or unavailable.
- Full refunds are not provided for completed services or events that have already taken place.
3. Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: [your email].
- If cancellation occurs [X days] before the event, partial refunds may be considered depending on vendor commitments already made.
- Any third-party vendor charges already paid (venue, décor, catering, artists, etc.) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Company
If Krishna Event Management Services Pvt. Ltd. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, operational issues), we will:
- Provide a full refund of the amount paid, OR
- Offer to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements at no extra cost.
5. Event Rescheduling
- Clients may request a date change at least [X days] before the event.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of venues, artists, and vendors.
- Additional charges may apply if costs increase for the new date.
6. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to show up on the event day or does not make required arrangements, no refund will be provided.
7. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within [5–14 business days] through the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Advance payments and booking deposits
- Vendor fees already paid
- Custom-made décor, designs, or materials
- Digital or creative services already delivered
