Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Krishna Event Management Services Pvt. Ltd. By booking or using any of our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Company" means Krishna Event Management Services Pvt. Ltd.. "Client" means the person or entity booking services. "Services" refers to event planning, catering, decoration, entertainment, logistics, and any related services provided by the Company.
All services are provided as described in the proposal, quotation, or package selected by the Client. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and a signed agreement (where applicable).
Cancellation by the Client must be made in writing. Refunds (if any) will be processed according to the cancellation terms in the booking agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any change to the booking (date, venue, guest count, or scope) should be requested in writing. The Company will try to accommodate changes but additional charges may apply. The final acceptance of changes is at the Company’s discretion.
The Company may engage third-party vendors or subcontractors to perform parts of the Services (e.g., caterers, photographers, entertainers). The Company will use reasonable care when selecting vendors but is not responsible for their internal operations or failures beyond reasonable control.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver Services professionally. Except where prohibited by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services. The Client indemnifies and holds the Company harmless from claims arising from the Client’s negligence, breach of this Agreement, or willful misconduct.
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, pandemic-related measures, or acts of God. In such events the Company may reschedule or modify services and will notify the Client as soon as possible.
All creative works, designs, images, and content produced by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may be granted a license to use materials for their event, subject to payment and agreement terms.
The Company may capture photos or videos during events for marketing and promotional use unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
The Company collects and processes personal data necessary to provide Services and comply with obligations. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
The Company may terminate Services if the Client breaches these Terms, refuses to provide required information, or behaves in a manner that endangers staff or third parties. Termination does not absolve the Client of outstanding payment obligations.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company website and will apply to future bookings. Continued use of Services following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of W.B India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
