1. Tickets are available for purchase through the designated booking platform. Attendees should keep their ticket QR code ready for verification.
2. Entry QR codes are available through the Krishna Events App. Attendees should use the same email address or mobile number used during booking.
3. Attendees must carry valid government-issued identification, such as Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or PAN Card.
4. Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by individuals of legal drinking age, subject to applicable laws and venue policies.
5. Attendees may be photographed, filmed or recorded during the event for promotional, marketing, security or other authorised purposes, subject to the published terms.
6. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for misconduct, unlawful behaviour or violation of event rules.
7. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The organiser's published terms govern ticket validity and event cancellation or postponement.
8. The organiser is not liable for cancellations, delays or interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Dangerous or prohibited items, including weapons, firearms, fireworks, laser devices and bottles, may not be permitted inside the venue.
10. Attendees are responsible for their own actions and must comply with the event's applicable terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the organiser.
2. In the event of cancellation, postponement or rescheduling, ticket validity and any applicable refund will be determined according to the organiser's policy and applicable terms.
3. No additional compensation is guaranteed for cancellation, postponement or changes to the event.
4. A ticket may be deemed invalid if it is lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated or tampered with.
5. Failure to attend the event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
6. Any applicable refund or replacement request will be handled according to the event's official terms and conditions.
